With his signature toothpick mustache, oversized trousers and shoes, bowler hat and cane, the iconic Charlie Chaplin is regarded as one of the greatest silent film stars of all time. Writing, directing and starring in the majority of his 83 films, Chaplin is a true pioneer of the silent era.
