Jethro Tull is Coming to Springfield...
Too old to rock n' roll, I don't think so! Jethro Tull, one of the greatest rock bands of all time, led by legendary flutist and vocalist Ian Anderson, comes to Sangamon Auditorium for a performance featuring both acoustic and electric sets.
Beginning with 1971's Aqualung, Jethro Tull has produced a series of classic, best-selling albums - including Thick as a Brick, Too Old to Rock and Roll: Too Young to Die, Minstrel in the Gallery, Songs from the Wood and Heavy Horses - and has remained a leader in the field of progressive rock. The group's most recent recording is the live CD, Living with the Past.
