Spirit of America is a patriotic, live-action show presented by the United States Army Military District of Washington. This FREE, two-hour show features performances by the Army's premier musical organization, The U.S. Army Band, "Pershing's Own," and the oldest active-duty infantry unit in the country, The 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment, The Old Guard. Spirit of America, a tribute to the sacrifices and triumphs of the U.S. Soldier, offers inspiration and entertainment for all Americans. Come catch the Spirit of America as this show plays the Verizon Wireless Arena on September 7th and 8th. This show is recommended for ages 10 and over due to battle scene reenactments and loud simulated gunfire.
